The Greens Smoothie

If you don’t have the time to sit down for a healthy meal during the day, then you may want to try our smoothie, The Greens. It is made from a mix of kale, spinach, banana, avocado, and house-made almond milk, and is jam-packed with important vitamins and minerals. In fact, kale alone is a source of fibre, folate, manganese, and vitamins K, C, A, and B6. Your body will thank you!

Smashed Avo Toast

This delicious breakfast option shares one ingredient with The Greens smoothie: avocado. Avocados are another excellent source of nutrients, including potassium, folate, magnesium, and vitamins B2, B3, B5, B6, C, E, and K.

You’ll also find sprouts, pumpkin seeds, fresh lemon, himalayan sea salt, and Vayonaise in this dish. Yes, that’s “Vayonaise” with a “V”! Vayonaise is a certified organic vegan alternative to mayonnaise, and its creaminess is a welcome addition to our Smashed Avo Toast. You may never go back to the classic mayonnaise after giving this a try!

Vegan “Pulled Pork” Burrito

Looking for something that’s like meat, but is significantly healthier? Then you may be interested in our Vegan “Pulled Pork” Burrito! This dish comes with sriracha vayo, vegan cheese, black beans, brown rice, red cabbage, salsa roja, and, in place of pulled pork, BBQ jackfruit.

If you have yet to try jackfruit, you’re missing out. This tropical fruit has a sweet, subtle flavour, and an impressive amount of nutrients. Jackfruit contains riboflavin, magnesium, copper, manganese, potassium, fibre, and vitamins A and C. It also contains a good amount of protein, which means it can help you feel fuller for longer.

C-Woods Healthiest Harvest

Those who like a variety of colours, flavours, and textures in their meals should check out the C-Woods Healthiest Harvest bowl. It contains quite the mix of ingredients, including zucchini, beets, nutritional yeast, sweet potato, sunflower seeds, roasted chickpeas, pumpkin seeds, black beans, mixed greens, quinoa, carrots, house-made maple tahini, AND smokey apple tempeh!

While each ingredient is nutritious in its own right, the tempeh stands out for its prebiotic and probiotic content. Prebiotics and probiotics can have a wide range of beneficial effects on your body, as they can affect your gut microbiome. For example, they can promote digestive health and may even help reduce inflammation.
