Meet Jordana: The Soul Guide Who’s Been There, Healed That

Ever meet someone and instantly feel like they get it? That’s Jordana Levine. She’s an Akashic Records reader, energy healer, intuitive coach and holistic nutritionist. Basically, a real-life soul whisperer with a side of kale.

After years of dealing with food sensitivities, anxiety, chronic fatigue and the kind of burnout only the corporate world can dish out, Jordana left the boardroom behind and walked straight into the world of healing. Her own journey took her deep into holistic nutrition, energy work and intuitive guidance. Along the way, she discovered her own gifts and the deeper roots behind what was making her unwell.

Now she helps other people do the same. Jordana combines her background in brand strategy and entrepreneurship with energy healing and soulful support to help clients get clear on what they really want and how to get there. Whether it’s a one-on-one session, a group workshop or a full-on retreat, she helps you reconnect with yourself and your purpose.

If you’ve ever felt out of sync, stuck or unsure of what’s next, Jordana is someone who can guide you back to your center. Her work touches every part of life from health and relationships to career and creativity.

We’re so glad to have her in our community. Now let's dive into our Q & A!

Q What’s one of the most surprising things someone learns during an Akashic Records session?

Every session is so unique, it’s hard to say! I absolutely love this work because we go for a one-of-a-kind ride every time. Whether it’s a past life that needs healing, a new business offering you didn’t know you needed, a lost loved one coming through to share something important, or a spirit baby dropping in to tell you how to bring them to earth, it’s going to be juicy. BUT, if I could say one thing, people are usually surprised by how intuitive they really are. I’ll often get a message about something that you already thought was “right”, but were unsure if you could really trust it. The validation that you’re tapping into your own intuition more than you realize shows you how much power you hold within you.

Q How did you know it was time to leave the corporate world and follow a more intuitive path?

We all have a “tell”—something that makes you have to tap out. It can take time to listen to those signs, but once you know, it’s hard to ignore. For me, it’s always been my health. My body and emotional wellbeing were screaming at me so hard, I could barely get through the day. I was unhappy at work and I knew that I needed to find a way to heal myself. I was also seeing burnout all around me in the workplace and wanted to support others. To clarify: this was before I had my “spiritual awakening.” I have always been a sensitive person, and I knew I needed to move. I just didn’t understand the why or how to really tap into my gifts until later on.

Q What’s your go-to comfort food that still feels nourishing?

As someone who had a point in life where she could only eat, like, five foods, it fires me up to eat the things I’ve conquered. Ideally, local high-quality ingredients direct from the farm. So a big breakfast of eggs, organic sourdough with  butter, seasonal fruit and a latte with grass-fed milk is it for me. I had 10 years where I couldn’t eat eggs, dairy, gluten or caffeine (and a bunch of other stuff). So this is my power move.

Q Can you share a small daily ritual that helps you stay grounded?

Protecting my energy! This is so important, especially if you’re an empath. I always start the day by clearing and protecting my field. If you want to try this for yourself, I have a free guided meditation that takes less than 10 mins: https://rootedbyjordana.mykajabi.com/energy-protection-meditation

Q What’s one thing people get wrong about ‘healing’ that you wish they understood better?

It gets to be FUN. If you’ve been going through something hard, healing can feel so serious. I have been there!! But all the work I do personally, and with clients, is a joy: eating incredible food, chasing my puppy through the forest (yes, that’s healing), laughing with a group or a guide while you work through the tough stuff… so while you will always encounter challenges, why not enjoy the ride? Healing is a journey, and you may as well make it a joyful one.

Q If you could host a retreat anywhere in the world, where would it be and what would the vibe be like?

Can I say here?? I left Toronto and moved to The Blue Mountains just over a year ago. I wanted to find a place that was close to nature—specifically forests, water and hilly terrain—that would be healing for both me and the people I work with. A haven to escape to from their busy lives. To me, the vibes should be a mix of cozy hangouts with your besties, connecting to nature (and where your food comes from) and a whole lot of magic. The kind of retreats I like to run facilitate major transformation in a short period of time so that you leave feeling like the next-level version of yourself.

Q What’s one tool or practice you return to when life feels chaotic or overwhelming?

Going for a walk in nature is always a good idea. When I need to tune out the world and reset, I turn my phone on airplane mode, grab my pup, and hit the trails.

Q If someone is new to holistic healing, what’s a gentle first step they can take?

Holistic healing can mean sooo many things, whether it’s using healthy food for nourishment or buying a crystal. But, in general, we are drawn to what we need, so I would tell you to look for what the universe is bringing you. Sounds woo (which I am lol), but I mean: get curious about why something is popping up for you. If you’re getting the same sign over and over—like you hear about this thing called the Akashic Records three times in the same month, or you keep bumping into the same practitioner around town—maybe that’s what you’re meant to explore next.

Q What’s your current obsession, could be a tea, a show, a crystal, anything?

Baking sourdough! I started this in the winter (I know, I’m late to the party) because I reintroduced gluten a couple years ago—solely in organic sourdough form. I wanted to be able to source my own local heritage grains. Plus, I love that it combines some of my fave things: cooking/baking, intuition, and science. It challenges me, and it’s so rewarding.
